Having been a successful dentist for 35 years, I have a unique perspective on what it takes to succeed both professionally and financially. This is why I consider myself a "dental mentor". My experience allows me to help in virtually any part of a practice, including case by case discussions.
My business philosophy is rather straight forward. I want to help other dentists create meaningful goals, and then become successful in achieving them. I hope that would translate into a good balance between their professional and personal lives.
When I go into a practice, the first thing I address is the dentist's chief concern. At the same time, I try to evaluate other needs that will improve the efficiency and profitability of the office. There are usually areas the dentist has not even considered. I let them know that my focus will be half of what they want and half of what I see.
